PHYSICAL CONDITIONING

It comprises workout sessions that stimulate the body, improving its muscular and cardio capacities, body composition, and flexibility, besides protecting it and treating any eventual injuries.

SUPERVISED MUSCLE STRENTHENING

Sessions with a maximum of four clients per physiotherapist, ensuring the safe and correct execution of each exercise. The program promotes strength and muscle gain and helps improve body composition. It also assists in the treatment of injuries and enhancement of the client’s quality of life.

STUDIO PILATES

The exercises made with B-Active Studio Pilates’ equipment build strong, long lean muscles, resulting in better posture, healthier joints, better respiratory capacity and greater tolerance to stress. We use global posture reeducation (RPG) techniques in the Studio Pilates, when indicated by a specialist, to optimize results and make treatment more enjoyable.

PERSONAL PHYSIOTHERAPIST

Customized training with a physiotherapist specialized in physical exercises that aim at the clients’ individual goals, thus being able to provide the most diverse stimuli and modalities according to your goals and treatment.
