PREVENTION PROGRAM FOR KNEE SURGERY
The knee joint is very exposed due to its anatomical characteristics. Because it is superfial and dependent on a capsule-muscle-ligament complex it is often reached from adolescence in physical exercise practitioners.
By bearing the burden of the body, over time, the joint is often hit by degenerative lesions.
FOCUS OF THE PROGRAM
Part of the acute lesions and most of the degenerative lesions can be treated with stabilization of the joint through specific programs. The goal of the knee surgery prevention program is to strengthen the capsule-muscle-ligament complex of the affected joint and balance the entire muscle chain that interferes with the knee action mechanism.
