PREVENTION PROGRAM FOR SHOULDER SURGERY
Upper limbs are the most important tools at work and the basic functions of daily life. Commonly they are affected by pathologies by repetitive use of the joints (RSI) and other times, by indirect or direct traumas with the intention of protecting the body in a dangerous situation.
FOCUS OF THE PROGRAM
The vast majority of upper limb injuries can be treated without surgery. The B-Active shoulder surgery prevention program has the right treatment for each type of upper limb pathology with medical and physiotherapeutic monitoring. This program is based on scientific evidence and follows the guidelines published by the University of California (UCLA) in the United States.
The techniques aim at analgesia, joint stabilization, capsule-muscle-ligament strengthening and proprioception, giving back to the client joint functionality.
